- Respect People, Possessions and Property.
Remember your kink may not be my kink, but your kink is okay - Don’t feed the dog. Hypoallergenic Schnauzer. Hair, not fur.
- This event is private! What happens here, stays here. Maintain confidentiality at all times!
- Phone/Camera Policy: You are NOT allowed to take photo/videos. We will hold special events for that opportunity.
- Use the pegs in the dungeon to hang your toys & possessions.
- Bring a towel and use it to sit on furniture when you are naked.
- Clean up after yourself. No fluids on furniture or floor. Disinfectant and paper towels are available.
- Don’t touch people or toys without asking permission.
- All play should be negotiated and discussed by everyone involved.
- Don’t interrupt a scene. A scene does not end as soon as the action is over. Attempting to start conversations or “get in” during or immediately after the scenes is one of the most common errors.
- Be quiet while scenes are going on a room. Step outside, away from the door or room to talk.
- Leave space around a scene. If the room is too crowded, stand against the far wall or leave the room. If a Top asks you to move, then move!
- Only join a scene if invited.
- No illegal drug use anywhere on the property. Keep questionable items in your car.
- No smoking or vaping inside. The back deck or screened porch have ashtrays.
- No nudity outside. Vanilla clothing to the door and outside.
- No alcohol abuse. You will be asked to leave.
- Leave disagreements outside!
- Wax, Fire, Needles, Blood and Wet Play must be prearranged and pre-approved.
- No oral, anal, vaginal or dildo sex, ejaculation or squirting unless in designated area.
